We are on-the- ground in communities, working with nonprofits, business, and government to lead collective action that drives results.
Collective Impact is the commitment of community stakeholders from different sectors to a common agenda for solving a complex social problem. Collective impact requires that everyone work together in partnership, coordinate their efforts around a clearly defined goal.
Collective Impact is based on these key elements:
1. Create a vision and set clear, shared goals of the work
2. Organize and align all of the resources and programs of a community into strategies that mutually reinforce each other
3. Target strategies and measure success by sharing data and being mutually accountable for results
4. Operate in an environment of constant communication and continuous improvement.
